  They don't care about existing tenants. Will let a hole in the ceiling become 3 feet long and 2 feet wide with possible water damage (mold) due to a leaky pipe and still they don't want to fix it.. the building at 735 Lasalle Blvd unit 205 (i think) still has no bricks on the side and its been 2 years... you CAN find a better place to live.
